Twenty years, my love, how swift they've flown,
From Guelph's green fields where our love has grown.
Campus adventures, hearts wild and free,
Sparked a love lasting eternally.

Melly, my Heff, my anchor and my guide,
Through every storm, you've stood firm by my side.
From Hamilton's streets to Welland's quiet lanes,
Our love has flourished through joys and pains.

In your eyes, I've watched the seasons turn,
Seen passion and compassion equally burn.
Your heart, so giving, to all creatures kind,
A gentleness in you I'll always find.

Remember Yoshi, our gentle, gassy friend?
His love, like ours, seemed without end.
Now Peaches, Boo, and Koopa carry on,
The legacy of care that you've begun.

Our Isla came, a gift beyond compare,
Her smile a blend of your love and care.
And now, my dear, our joy grows even more,
A second miracle we're waiting for.

Through morning sickness (more like all-day, right?),
You soldier on, my queasy, queenly knight.
I'll fetch your crackers, hold your hair with care,
In sickness and in health, I'll always be there.

Two decades on, my love grows ever stronger,
Each day with you, I wish was somehow longer.
